Cancellation and Refund

1. Service Bookings

All astrology consultations and services booked through Astro Advait are confirmed upon successful payment. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled by the user unless under exceptional circumstances, as determined by our team.

2. No Refund Policy

We follow a strict no refund policy. Payments made for consultations, reports, remedies, or any other services are non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review the service details before making a booking.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service was not delivered due to a technical error or failure on our part.
  • The consultation was not conducted and no response was received within the promised time frame.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund in the case of an eligible exception, please contact our support team at support@astroadvait.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Order ID and date of booking
  • Reason for requesting a refund

All refund requests will be reviewed and processed at our sole discretion. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
